Scandal-plagued former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is still complaining about how life is unfair after she lost the election against President Trump.
The ongoing Russia probe has yet to find any evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.
The only Russian collusion yet to be uncovered since the 2016 presidential election was perpetrated by the Democrats. Clinton and the DNC paid millions to a DC law firm, Perkins Coie, which in turn hired Fusion GPS in the spring of 2016 to dig up dirt on then-candidate Donald Trump. Fusion GPS then hired Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer specializing in Russia to compile the 35-page salacious dossier containing information he claimed came from Russian government and intel officials.
But that is not stopping Clinton, who as secretary of state sold Russia 20 percent of US’ uranium reserves, from continuing to cry wolf.
“Extremist ideologies are on the rise, and adding to the tumult is the fact that the forces that undermined America’s election in 2016, are still with us, threatening other democracies, including this one,” Clinton said in a speech at England’s University of Oxford on Monday.
The media lying about her emails being important, unfair investigations by the FBI and interference by the Kremlin all led to Trump winning the election, Clinton complained.
“In the US it was a perfect storm, deep currents of anger and resentment flowing through our culture. A political press that told voters my emails were the most important story. Unprecedented intervention in our election by the FBI. And an information warfare campaign waged from the Kremlin,” she said. “Now what we have learned about Russian interference in 2016 is more than alarming. It’s a clear and present danger to western democracy.”
“In the US we know that Russian agents used Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube and other online platforms to place targeted ads,” she continued. “To run phony news stories, negative news stories and they even held phony demonstrations, often with a woman dressed in a prison garb, in a cage where everyone was yelling ‘lock her up.’”
Clinton, an ardent proponent of late term abortion, accused Trump of harming infants by ripping illegal immigrant families apart, and warned that the Trump presidency is a consequence of the “authoritarian, white supremacist” Russian President, Vladmir Putin, “emboldening right wing nationalists, separatists, racists, and even Neo-Nazis.”
“As we have been painfully reminded in my own country, the consequences are severe,” she said. “Over the past few weeks, Americans from every political background, ideology, religion and walk of life have watched heartbroken and outraged as immigrant families are ripped apart,” she said. “And children, as young as infants, three months, eight months, babies, one and two years, toddlers, are treated cruelly as political pawns.”
The twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate then accused the Trump administration of delegitimizing elections and “waging war on the rule of law.”
“I hear a lot from young people in the United States, who are not just discouraged by the Trump administration, understandable. But they are disgusted by politics and disenchanted by our Democratic system,” she said. “Hyper partisanship, polarization, gridlock and stalemate all undermine confidence in the Democratic process and these problems are exacerbated in America by the actions of an administration waging war on the rule of law. Delegitimizing elections, undermining truth and reason, and attacking the press for reporting their words and deeds, perpetrating outrageous corruption and rejecting the idea that our leaders should be public servants who put the common good over our own personal and political interests.”
