Alexander Vindman
Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Secrity and Governmental Affairs Ron Johnson (R-WI) blasted Lt. Col Vindman in an 11-page letter written to ranking member of the House Intel Committee Devin Nunes and Rep. Jim Jordan.
Senator Johnson wrote the Congressman a letter to provide his first-hand information and perspective on events relevant to the impeachment inquiry.
Johnson traveled to Ukraine with special envoy Kurt Volker, spoke to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in person and spoke to President Trump about the hold on military aid — unlike all of the ‘witnesses’ Schiff has dragged in to testify using fourth-hand information.
Johnson clearly stated there was no link between the hold on US military aid to Ukraine in exchange for Ukraine investigating the Biden crime family — he did however suggest Vindman was behind the leaks ‘outside his chain of command.’
Recall, Lt. Col. Vindman showed up to his impeachment testimony wearing his military dress.
Alexander Vindman, one of Schiff’s star witnesses and a left-wing hack, testified to the House Intel Committee that he “thought” the President was wrong in his policy with Ukraine.
So he later told Ukrainians to ignore President Trump — Vindman actually thinks he is superior to Trump even though he is an inferior official in the intel department.
Vindman, during his closed-door testimony also flatly denied he knew the identity of the whistleblower (Eric Ciaramella), however, it is believed he was the primary source for Eric Ciaramella.
In writing about Vindman’s closed-door testimony, Johnson said, “American foreign policy is what the president determines it to be, not what the “consensus” on unelected foreign policy bureaucrats wants it to be. If any bureaucrats disagree with the president, they should use their powers of persuasion within their legal chain of command to get the president to agree with their viewpoint,” Johnson wrote. ” In the end, if they are unable to carry out the policy of the president, they should resign. They should not seek to undermine the policy by leaking to people outside their chain of command.”
Suspicions are growing on The Hill that Lt. Col Alexander Vindman was also the source of leak of the suspension of US aid story published by far-left Politico in August.
Vindman is scheduled to publicly testify Tuesday morning along side Jennifer Williams, an aide to Vice President Mike Pence.
