House Democrats are ramping up their sham impeachment inquiry and are seeking to interview White House budget chief Russell Vought.
The Democrats are alleging, without any evidence, that President Trump threatened to withhold $400 million in military aid from Ukraine unless Ukraine investigated the Biden crime family.
$250 million in aid was released to Ukraine in September after the president called on other European allies to help pay for military aid.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said many times that President Trump never threatened him or used quid pro quo to pressure him to investigate the Bidens.
Furthermore, there was no threat from Trump in the transcript of his phone call to Zelensky.

House Democrats are seeking to interview White House budget director Russell Vought on Oct. 25, according to a copy of the letter to the Office of Management and Budget obtained by ABC News, the latest sign that they are increasingly focused on the withholding of nearly $400 million in military aid to Ukraine as part of their impeachment investigation.
Vought, the acting director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, would be among the most senior administration officials called to appear before Congress in the Ukraine probe, though multiple sources told ABC News that the White House is likely to block their appearances before the committee, as they have vowed not to cooperate with the Democrats’ investigation.
Last Monday the Democrats ‘subpoenaed’ the Pentagon and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Ukraine documents as a part of their coup impeachment push against President Trump.
The Democrats have issued ‘subpoenas’ to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the White House, Giuliani and the Pentagon — when the Trump White House and others refuse to comply with the subpoenas, the House Dems will file articles of impeachment for “Obstruction/Contempt of Congress” (not obstruction of justice).
Even if the House of Representatives votes to impeach President Trump, 20 Republican Senators would have to flip on Trump in order to reach the required 67 votes to convict the president in the Senate.
The Democrats are conducting their impeachment inquiry in secret and Adam Schiff admitted Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that the secret testimonies are aimed at keeping President Trump and his lawyers in the dark.
