So, the way I see it, we ought to be asking….WHY hasn't Mexico secured it's southern border with Guatemala?
And even moreso, WHY doesn't Mexico stop the migrant caravans before they reach the U.S. border? Who is influencing Mexico to "stand down" and even help these caravans?
