House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) spoke with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures this morning.
Goodlatte told Maria he expects fired FBI Chief James Comey to withdraw his motion on Sunday to appear in public before the committee.
Slick Comey knows if he appears in public he can refuse questions and eliminate follow up questions due to time restraints.
Rep. Goodlatte also told Maria Bartiromo he expects the Comey private hearing to be held later this week after the funeral of President George H. W. Bush.
