Special Counsel Robert Mueller is prepping for the end of his Russia probe and will release memos this week about Mike Flynn, Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen.
The deadline for Mueller to file a memo recommending sentencing for General Mike Flynn is Tuesday, reported Fox News.
Memos about Manafort and Cohen are expected to be released Friday.
The court filing should shed light on Flynn’s cooperation so far with the Special Counsel.
The Special Counsel has delayed General Flynn’s sentencing for a year saying “due to status” of the investigation.
Flynn pleaded guilty to making a false statement to the FBI last December after he was ambushed by agents without his lawyer.
The Deep State wiretapped then-National Security Advisor Mike Flynn’s phone calls to Russian Ambassador Kislyak during the Trump transition – then leaked his calls to the media.
Congressional investigators also believe the 302’s summary reports the FBI agents took while interviewing Mike Flynn in January of 2017 were altered.
President Trump should pardon Mike Flynn, a three-star General who served the United States with honor for decades.
