The sad and pathetic former punk rock band NOFX made headlines for their stupidity once again, this time after mocking the Las Vegas shooting victims while playing a concert in their city.
NOFX thought it would be "hilarious" to joke about the October 1 shootings while on stage in Las Vegas. They said "at least they were country fans and not punk rock fans". This is disgusting and callous. We will never support anything involving this band ever again. pic.twitter.com/am3R8QJIE6

NOFX was playing at the Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival in Las Vegas when they made the disturbing remarks.
“I guess you only get shot in Vegas if you’re in a country band,” guitarist Eric Melvin said during their set at the Punk Rock Bowling festival. “At least they were country fans and not punk rock fans,” the aging lead singer Mike Burkett, better known as ‘Fat Mike’, responded.
On Wednesday evening, the brewery that sponsors NOFX’s own beer and music festival, Stone Brewing Co., announced that they would no longer be working with the washed up band over the jokes.
“We at Stone Brewing are aware of NOFX’s insensitive and indefensible statements this past weekend. As a result, we are severing all our ties with NOFX, including festival sponsorship and the production of our collaboration beer,” the company said in a statement.
Thank you @StoneGreg for cutting ties with NOFX! Stone has always been a world class organization and this further solidifies that fact. #VegasStrong pic.twitter.com/FblCgPliv5

Instead, Stone Brewing will be donating the proceeds from the NOFX beer to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Foundation, which provides trauma counselling to first responders, Pitchfork reported on Wednesday evening.
The founders of Punk Rock Bowling also issued an apology.

The band has not yet issued a statement or apology.
Fat Mike and the rest of his band of wannabe teenagers have been engaging in public temper tantrums since the election of President Donald Trump.
During their performance at the Punk Rock Bowling festival last year, NOFX declared that Trump supporters need to “get the fuck out of our scene.” Fat Mike made the absurd statement while destroying a statue of a naked President Trump with a baseball bat. (language warning)
“If you’re a Trump supporter, fuck you — get the fuck out of our scene!” Fat Mike declared while desperately clinging to both the bat and his relevance.
The statue was made by a group called “InDecline,” a Los Angeles based anarchist collective that sells items such as bandana’s printed with “no gods, no masters,” and ninja masks emblazoned with “legalize crime.”
Fat Mike also stopped an album by The Dwarves from being released on his label Fat Wreck Chords over “objectionable content,” as they have often been accused of “sexism.”
Fat Mike refers to himself as a “transvestite” and owns a sex club in Los Angeles.
