Far-left radical Joy Ann Reid and other mindless liberal drones on MSNBC fantasized about President Trump being dragged out of the White House by US Marshals and imprisoned for refusing to testify before Mueller’s grand jury.
This is peak MSNBC.
Watergate lawyer Nicholas Akerman told Joyless Reid, “Normally, a person who refuses to testify before a grand jury winds up being incarcerated for the time period of the grand jury, which can be up to 18 months. So, one way to enforce it is to have Donald Trump taken by the federal marshals and put in federal prison until he testifies.”
Joyless Reid took the delusion to the next level and wondered, “What if he refuses to open the White House door? What if he fires any Secret Service agent who would allow the federal marshals in? What if Donald Trump simply decides ‘I don’t’ have to follow the law. I refuse to be held under the law. No marshal can get into the White House and any Secret Service agent that defies is fired’?”
Ackerman then said,”Well at some point he’s gotta come out of the White House…the US marshals will be directed to take him into custody…”
President Trump hasn’t even been subpoenaed to testify yet the mentally deranged liberals are talking about putting him in prison by force if necessary.
Ackerman admitted President Trump has the option to plead the 5th and at that point there wouldn’t be a problem.
