On Monday Judge Napolitano joined Fox News host Martha MacCallum.
During their discussion Judge Napolitano suggested the bizarre email Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice sent to herself on Obama’s last day in office was done in an effort to cover-up her former boss’s role in the plot to sabotage President Trump.
On Tuesday morning Judge Napolitano expanded on his comments.
Judge Napolitano told FOX and Friends only one person could have told her to write the memo and that is Barack Obama.
Judge Napolitano: Only one person could have told her to write the email and she keeps falling on her sword for him. Remember when she went all over the networks with the crazy narrative on Benghazi was caused by a video? We know that’s not true.
