Obama’s Attorney General, Eric ‘Fast n Furious’ Holder lashed out at the Trump administration over the weekend and continued to push election hacking conspiracy theories.
This is all the left has. They must keep the election hacking hoax alive in order to undermine the Trump administration.
Eric Holder, the only Attorney General to be held in contempt of Congress tried to lecture the Trump administration.
The fake news media ran a story last week claiming the ‘Russians penetrated U.S. voter systems‘ according to our Department of Homeland Security.
NBC reported:
The U.S. official in charge of protecting American elections from hacking says the Russians successfully penetrated the voter registration rolls of several U.S. states prior to the 2016 presidential election.
In an exclusive interview with NBC News, Jeanette Manfra, the head of cybersecurity at the Department of Homeland Security, said she couldn’t talk about classified information publicly, but in 2016, “We saw a targeting of 21 states and an exceptionally small number of them were actually successfully penetrated.”
Jeh Johnson, who was DHS secretary during the Russian intrusions, said, “2016 was a wake-up call and now it’s incumbent upon states and the Feds to do something about it before our democracy is attacked again.”
Manfra claimed the Russians scanned and probed the voter registration databases, however; NOTHING WAS ALTERED.
That’s right. Nothing was actually altered by this supposed intrusion.
NBC News reported they reached out to the 21 states supposedly hit with these attacks and five states including Texas and California, said they were never attacked.
Did other countries such as China try to infiltrate the the voter databases? Strange how it’s ONLY the Russians.
If this claim is even true, it all happened under Obama’s watch; Obama’s team of inept cranks did nothing to stop the attacks.
Eric Holder scolded the Trump administration after this fake news story was rolled out.
Holder tweeted, “This Administration has been in power for over a year now. They have done nothing to protect our electoral systems from further attacks or to deal meaningfully with the opioid crisis. Inexcusable.”
